What's right?

The most effective way to achieve right relations with any living thing is to look for the best in it, and then help that best into the fullest expression.
J Allen Boone

I've always found that when I focus on 'bad' behaviour or situations - they grow (and let me stress here, that there's no 'right' or 'wrong'/'good' or 'bad' - until we 'label' them so - formed of our our beliefs - there just 'is'). As I continue to focus energy and thought on the problem and what's not 'right' - it escalates. However when I shift my focus to the possibility of what is right - the solution - everything opens up and feels...possible! And grows....ahhhh....

We act - in accordance with our self image, and sadly - the vast majority of us base the larger percentage of that (still with me?), on our perception of how we are perceived by others. This forms a belief; which is really only a thought we keep thinking.

If we can 'suspend' our beliefs - and surrender to the possibilities of positive change (in all situations), then you will be surprised to notice how easily things can shift. Adverse conditions often just slip away, dissipate and die without the energy to feed them.

Try it - and notice what you believe about people - and situations (and ultimately - yourself!). It's interesting to ask yourself 'why' questions at these times; 'Why do I believe that?' You'll soon realise that there's a lot that you aren't allowing to prosper in your life, and maybe you could just let those things go...those beliefs which no longer work for you.

Anyway - food for thought huh?

Enjoy this FANTASTIC weather (we're experiencing both heat and sun in the UK!)

And have a *sparkling* weekend. (with strawberries and a great view!)
